Our ownership

We are an independent data and technology business, jointly owned by Lloyd's of London, the London and International Insurance Brokers' Association (LIIBA) the International Underwriting Association (IUA), and Lloyd’s Market Association (LMA). Our ownership structure means we can take decisions that are right for the long-term health of the London Market, rather than shareholders or investors, so every pound of revenue goes towards improving the tools, insight and connectivity that support smarter, more effective trading across the market.
